Olde Florida Painting LLC was founded in 2015 by Chad Gnagey and Michael Wooley. Chad started in the painting and water proofing industry in 2004, Michael started in the industry in 2003. They decided in 2015 to team up and combine their shared passion for the industry. Since partnering in business they have managed to build the company from a small owner operated company to employing a team of dedicated painters. Olde Florida Paintings team of professionals ensure that every job get the attention to detail that the customer deserves. Yes! We love to do small jobs. Often, a customer with a small job will be so pleased with the
quality of our work and professionalism that they will use us in the future for a bigger project or
refer us to a friend. Our philosophy is that once we do a small job for you, we will be your painter
for life.
No we do not sell paint, we are a Florida Painting Contractor, but we would be happy to
recommend products to you.
Yes, however we suggest you use only quality products. We are happy to go over the pros and
cons for suppling your own materials.
Yes in our painting quote, we include material costs.
The first thing that is done to the house is pressure washing if required. The house is
completely washed and treated to remove all mildew and residue in order to assure proper
product adhesion. After the house fully dried, the house is sealed, scraped, sanded, caulked and
prepped as needed. Once the prep is complete the painting actually begins.

It is very beneficial to both you the customer and the company if you are able to get the colors
as soon as possible. It is pertinent that the colors have been chosen by the time the first crew
arrives on the job site. We are more than happy to help answer any questions about the color
schemes as well as anything about the products being used.
As each job varies in size, number of colors, and condition of house it is hard to give an exact
time. We promise to do the best and most efficient work possible depending upon the situation.
